  1. Prepare 15-20 of Garlic Cloves: Bigger ones.
  2. It's 12-16 of Dry Red Chilli: Whole.
  3. It's as per taste of Salt.
  4. It's as per taste of Sugar.
  5. You need 1 Cup of Water (Lukewarm).
  6. You need 1 tsp of Lemon Juice: Optional.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Tempering Spices: Mustard Seeds.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds.
  9. Prepare 1/8 tsp of Hing/Asafoetida.
  10. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Cooking Oil (Any- Without any strong smell).

Instant Fresh Chilli and Garlic Chutney instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl: Take the measured garlic & dry whole red chilies & soak them with some lukewarm water for about 20-30 mins time & then, strain it- Set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, over the medium flame: Lightly sauté the measured red chillies & garlic until they’re fluffy enough, allow it to cool down completely..
  3. Pour it into a blender jar with its remaining oil in the pan, once cooled down- Pour very water to it while blending to a smooth paste, set aside..
  4. Now, in the same frying pan: Add in some oil- Flame kept in the medium, add in the tempering spices to it, allow it to splutter- Then add in the Chutney Mixture to it, gently sauté for a minute or two....
  5. Turn off the flame, let it cool down & then, transfer it to a Chutney Serving Bowl & ENJOY 😋.
  6. There’s no need to garnish this particular recipe... Simply serve it with any type of Indian Breads or Rice palates, as is 💁🏻‍♀️.
